Heather Tolly has worked in the world of Human Resources for over twenty years managing HR and recruiting for small to large organizations, across both public and private sectors. She realized there was a significant gap small businesses were facing; they needed access to the same HR expertise that large corporations had. Without it, a small business would struggle to grow, or perhaps hire the wrong employees, manage employees incorrectly and ultimately face lawsuits due to non compliance. Heather knew she wanted to create a company that could offer robust HR solutions specifically to small and medium scaled businesses. From there, Allegiant Resource Inc. was born!
